Ms. K – Seattle Boudoir Photographer

Tell us about you, anything you want to share. How old are you? What do you do for a living? Etc.
I’m 30 years old with three little ones: two boys, ages 10 and seven months, and a two-year-old daughter.

Tell us about everything that lead up to your session. This could be a story about your past that you want to share. Also things like: What made you decide to do a boudoir session? Did you have any fears about boudoir photography going into your session?
My boyfriend had been asking me to do a shoot for three years. I finally decided to do a surprise one for his birthday. It was a hard secret to keep, but I pulled it off!

Tell us about your session! Was the session different from what you expected it to be? What was the best part of your session? What were you feeling and/or thinking when you first saw your photographs? Did your session change the way you saw yourself and your beauty? Etc.
The months leading up to my session, I was really excited. The day of I was still really excited but also really nervous. When I got there, Ayla, Jessica, and Rob made me feel comfortable while we just talked and got to know each other. I ended up having so much fun. Once I saw my pictures, it was hard to pick and choose my favorites. I couldn’t believe how I looked! My session wasn’t only for my boyfriend, but also for myself. After kids, I didn’t feel as sexy, but once I saw those photos, I felt it.

The nitty gritty! Any advice you would give to other women when thinking about their own boudoir session? What products did your order and what did you think about them when you received them? How did you like working with Ayla?
My advice would have to be STRETCH! Ayla will tell you to also. Listen to her advice. I failed to do that and was sore the next day. I loved working with Ayla! She treats you like a friend and not just another person she’s photographing.

If you were going to write a review for us, what would you say?
I recommend everyone does a shoot with Ayla! She makes you feel comfortable and like a friend.

Share the love!
