I am a 40 year old mama of two kiddos. Lena is 19 and a freshman in college, Aaron is 16 and a sophomore in high school. I work as a bank teller and am highly active as an adult leader for The International Order of Rainbow of Girls. I have an amazing fiancé Dave who I love with every ounce of my being! We are getting married in August and I am super excited!
Tell us about everything that lead up to your session. This could be a story about your past that you want to share. Also things like: What made you decide to do a boudoir session? Did you have any fears about boudoir photography going into your session?
All through high school I was stuck tiny. After having my two kids I have struggled with my weigh. Recently I’ve decided that my stretch marks and extra fluff are badges of honor rather than something to be ashamed of.
Tell us about your session! Was the session diffrent from what you exspected it to be? What was the best part about your session? What were you feeling and/or thinking when you first say your photographs? Did your session change the way you saw yourself and your beauty? Etc.
My session was amazing! Ayla made me feel so at ease and nothing felt awkward! I challenged her and she challenged me! It was a ton of fun! I’ve never had my hair and makeup done and it was amazing to be pampered and then have photos taken that made me feel amazing!
The nitty gritty! Any advice you would give to other women when thinking about their own boudoir session? What products did your order and what did you think about them when you recived them? How did you like working with Ayla?
Don’t be afraid! Embrace YOU! Each woman is amazing in her own right and every stretch mark, scar and imperfection are what makes you who you are and you are amazing!! Ayla is professional, funny and super easy to work with! She’ll make you feel like a goddess and a badass!
